Wash the chicken drumettes and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
Rub the wings with ground garlic and ground ginger. Sprinkle with red chili flakes, then pour in half of the Hoisin Garlic Sauce. Add a generous squeeze of ketchup and drizzle with honey. Mix everything well to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 1 hour.
Remove the foil, pour on the remaining Hoisin sauce, and continue baking until the sauce thickens and the wings become brown, sticky, and slightly crispy.
Let the wings cool slightly, then serve hot with extra sauce drizzled over the top. Get your wet wipes ready — they fall right off the bone!
